By registering an account, you can view bill summary's and receive future bills via email for your Property Tax and Utility accounts.  You will need your roll number or account number and your access code from the upper right hand side of your most recent billing. 

To search property within the District of Invermere, select Property Tax, select the search tab, select search by type and enter search data.  When searching by Roll number, enter the 8 digit number following 532, including the decimal.  When searching by Property ID, enter the 9 digit number, separated by hyphens as follows (123-456-789).  

 To Register and View Your Tax Account, including the new e-bill option: 

  • You may view details of your tax account including assessments, bill summaries and e-billing if you are registered. 
  • Click on Register on the upper right of the screen. Complete your user name and create a password (requires 7 characters). You will also need to add a name that you would like displayed on your virtual account and an email address.  
  • Click register. Once registration is complete a new screen will appear. Click on your user name in the upper right hand corner which will bring you to the Account Management screen.  Select account type and choose add a new account.  This will link your account with your profile.  You may link multiple accounts.
  • Account type PT-Property taxes, for the account group choose 532-DISTRICT OF INVERMERE.  
  • Use the 8 digits after the 532 of your roll number (including the decimal) and access code from your property tax notice for the roll and access code fields. The roll number and access code is found on the top right corner of your Tax Notice.
  • Select email preference.  The first option will enable the e-bill function and you will no longer receive a paper copy of your Property Tax notice.  The second option will allow you to view your bill online while still receiving a paper copy via mail.  The third option works together with the e-bill function and will result in a PDF copy of the Property Tax notice to be attached to the email notification in lieu of the paper copy.
  • Click save account. (You may add more than one property tax account by choosing save and add another account). 
  • To view your Property Tax account, select Property Taxes from the Quick Links options or Online Services tab. 

  • To Register and View Your Utility Account, including the new e-bill option:

  • You may view details of your Utility account including bill summaries and e-billing if you are registered. 
  • If you haven't already created an account, click on Register on the upper right of the screen. Complete your user name and create a password (requires 7 characters). You will also need to add a name that you would like displayed on your virtual account and an email address.  
  • Click register. Once registration is complete a new screen will appear. Click on your user name in the upper right hand corner which will bring you to the Account Management screen.  Select account type and choose add a new account.  This will link your account with your profile.  You may link multiple accounts.   
  • Account type UB-Utility Billing.  Enter the entire account number in the format requested, followed by the access code field.  The account number and access code is found on the right hand corner of your Utility Bill.
  • Select email preference.  The first option will enable the e-bill function and you will no longer receive a paper copy of your Utility Bill.  The second option will allow you to view your bill online while still receiving a paper copy via mail.  The third option works together with the e-bill function and will result in a PDF copy of the Utility Bill to be attached to the email notification in lieu of the paper copy.
  • Click save account. (You may add more than one Utility account by choosing save and add another account). 
  • To view your Utility account, select Utility Billing from the Quick Links options or Online Services tab.
